“CHOONA HAI AASMAN", Event held in Kargil

NIN NEWS SERVICE | BHADERWAH Srinagar 16 February:  Jammu and Kashmir Police in its efforts to augment the talent of the youth, a cultural programme titled "CHOONA HAI AASMAN" was held in Kargil today.

Twenty five youth of the district participated in the event and performed in solo singing, solo dancing and group dancing.

 

Mohammad Ali bagged first position in solo singing, Padma Tamang in solo dancing and CHOCHO dance group in group dancing.

Executive counselor (LAHDC) Kargil Sh. Mohsin Ali was the chief guest on the occasion.

Officers of Police and civil administration, besides a huge number of civilians witnessed the event.

 

The position holders were awarded with trophies and certificates by chief guest of the occasion and SP Kargil Sh. Rahul Malik.
