Kerala CM Chandy dismisses reports of leadership change

Thiruvanthapuram, apr. 29: Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy Wednesday dismissed reports relating to demand for leadership change in Kerala from a section of Congress workers.

"It is all your (media) creation," Chandy told reporters after a cabinet meeting here.

Felt fire-like energy: Rahul Gandhi after visiting Kedarnath shrine

Kedarnath: Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi on Friday trekked to the revered Kedarnath shrine and said that he felt "fire-like" energy after entering the holy portals.

Rahul, who visited the holy shrine to pay his respects to the victims of the 2013 floods in the region, said that he did not ask the deity for anything.

Teenager sets herself on fire after being gang-raped in Mathura

 

 

 

Mathura, apr. 22: A teenager has been admitted to Delhi's Safdarjung Hospital with 70 percent burn injuries. She allegedly set herself on fire after being gang-raped by five men of her village in Mathura district. As per reports, the 14-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped on Sunday evening when she had gone out of her house in Kosi Kalan to attend to nature's call.
